How we work

Four steps. One month. Measured.

We don’t start with a strategy deck. We start with one real process, measure it, rebuild it around agents, and measure it again.

The method

What happens in the month

  1. 01Week 1

    Assess

We map one real process and measure how long it takes today, how long work waits, and how often it comes back.

    You get

A baseline and a readiness score

  2. 02Weeks 1–2

    Redesign

We rebuild it agentic-first: what the agent does, what a person reviews, and where decisions get made.

    You get

A new process map with clear roles

  3. 03Weeks 2–4

    Enable

We set up the tools and train the people who will use them, on their own work rather than on examples.

    You get

Working tools and a trained team

  4. 04Week 4

    Measure

We measure the same things again, compare them with the baseline, and decide together what to scale next.

    You get

    A before-and-after report

Rhythm

Light on meetings, heavy on real work.

  • Every two weeks

A working session with the team, on real processes.

  • In between

    Short asynchronous check-ins. No ceremonies.

  • Planned by outcomes

We agree what should be different at the end, not how many tickets get closed.

What we measure

Four numbers, before and after.

In the first week we record a baseline for every process we redesign. At the end of the month we measure the same things again, and you get the report.

  • 01

    Lead time

    Time from request to delivery.

  • 02

    Waiting time

Time work sits waiting for a review or approval.

  • 03

    Manual effort

Hours of hands-on work per task.

  • 04

    Rework

How often work comes back or contains errors.

No promised numbers. Your results come from your own data.

Why not sprints

Sprints were made for human-speed work.

Sprint-based agile packs human work into two-week boxes. When agents produce drafts in minutes, the bottleneck moves to review and decisions.

So we organise work by outcomes and a steady rhythm of sessions, and design the process so reviews happen continuously instead of in batches.

About KYA

Know Your Agents.

KYA helps companies move from using AI tools to working agentic-first. We believe the next leap in speed won’t come from better models alone, but from redesigning how people and agents work together.

We practise what we teach: our own marketing, research and outreach run on an agentic setup.

Our principles

  • People approve, agents execute

Anything that leaves your company gets a human “yes” first.

  • Every agent action is visible

And reversible. Nothing happens in a black box.

  • Your data stays yours

We work inside your accounts and follow your data policies.

  • Measured, not promised

Results come from your own before-and-after numbers.
