Who we are
This website is operated by KYA Audit (“KYA”, “we”). For any privacy question, write to kyaaudit@gmail.com.
What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, company, email and what you write to us.
- Scorecard: your answers are processed in your browser. We receive them, with your name and email, only if you choose to send them.
- Call booking: your name, email and the time you choose.
- Site statistics: aggregated, cookie-free visit data from our hosting provider.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and arrange a call: your consent and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (f)).
- To understand how the site is used and improve it: our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your data and do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare (website hosting, spam protection for forms, statistics)
- Resend (delivery of form submissions to our inbox)
- Google (Gmail for email, Calendar for bookings)
- LinkedIn (if you contact us there)
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Requests and scorecard results: up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to kyaaudit@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) or the authority in your country.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies. If you use a form protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, Cloudflare may process technical data to tell people from bots.
